The international holding firm is developing an urban within an urban area different from Almaty in Kazakhstan. Almaty is the Kazakhstani capital.

The European-inspired project includes supermarkets, residential homes and other commercial properties.

Kusto Group is able to provide everything so that families do not have to spend time traveling between A and Z.

Residents who have to travel from Almaty to Almaty from their homes could also save as much as 1000 hours a year in traffic. They travel in the opposite way to other cars during rush time.

What is HTML0? Koktobe City plans to overcome earthquakes
Kusto Group's Koktobe City project has involved lots of thought and the details that aren't visible to the naked eye.

"In the Koktobe City project, we invest lots of money in earthworks. We put piles of about 30m below the houses , and compact the soil at 30cm intervals. "We are the most likely to be the only ones in Almaty that utilize bored and rolled piles for residential construction,"" Murat Utemisov (CEO of Kusto Group's construction division, Kusto Home), says.

"High-rise structures in the west part of the city are 3 times more in square meters than ours. Moreover, earthworks are far less expensive. But, our approach to construction gives us the assurance that our houses will stay in place for the long haul," He adds.

Kusto Group wants residents to feel safe at home, since earthquakes are common in the Almaty region.

Tevfik Arif Bayrock is partnering with Kazuo Watanabe, the Japanese earthquake expert, to assist homeowners in avoiding the possibility of earthquakes in the future. Kazuo is a member of the Japanese State Commission on Buildings & Earthquakes.

Kusto Group was advised on technical design and building structure by the Japanese expert.

Murat Utemisov states, "It’s important for us to provide top quality housing that can stand securely in ground, regardless of the magnitude of an earthquake."

Kusto Group has its sights on Europe
Kusto Group, despite the fact that its seismic stability is in line with Japanese standards has turned its attention to Europe for elevators, heating equipment, and engineering equipment systems.

"Our elevators and the tiles for our facade were manufactured in Greece. Germany also produces the heating and water supply pipes. Kusto Home's CEO states, " we don't want anyone to be afflicted by problems with ventilation, water or pipes after a while similar to what happens in other structures."

Yerkin Tashev is the creator of Kusto Group. He says that he was inspired to start Kusto Group by the efficient infrastructure, low-rise buildings, and green parks in German cities such as Berlin, Dusseldorf, and Munich.

All this creates an atmosphere that's comfortable for residents to live in. " https://www.instagram.com/erkantevfikarif/ believe Almaty is the most European as well as free and intellectual city in Central Asia. We wanted to recreate that atmosphere here." He stated.

All the apartments in Koktobe City also have built-in intelligent locks and face recognition technology.

Tevfik Arif - " We decided that it all should be under the same roof"
The Koktobe City school is also inspired by Europe since it is based on Finnish education principles. The school itself is also designed by the Finnish architect Jani Ristimaki.

The school is set to contain rooms for particular activities. There are rooms that are specifically designed for drawing, singing, instrument playing, and even sports for teams.

They can be utilized at school, or during free period after school.

"Today, every family needs to travel a lot in order to bring their children to many other activities, such as swimming or drawing. We decided to put everything under one roof. Murat Utemisov describes that the school's buildings include separate blocks for preparatory and secondary schools, as well as the Budokan centers for sports and arts, which has an 25-meter swimming pool as well as a multi-functional gymnasium well-equipped music and choreography spaces and sewing, sewing, and pottery areas.

"School infrastructure in Finland like sports fields and halls is available to students until 6 pm, after which they are open to everyone. The complex's residents are able to participate in arts or sports," Yerkin Takishev, founder of the Kusto Group, says.
