Upcoming Kusto Group Project Receives Japanese Expert Certificate
Kusto Group’s Koktobe City is first Kazakhstani project to receive an Japanese earthquake safety expert certificate.

Construction of Kusto Group's Koktobe City project in Kazakhstan is in full swing and will be finished in the second half of 2023.

The international holding firm is developing an urban within an urban area different from Almaty in Kazakhstan. Almaty is the Kazakhstani capital.


The European-inspired project includes supermarkets, residential homes and other commercial properties.

Kusto Group is able to provide everything so that families do not have to spend time traveling between A and Z.

Kusto Group was advised on technical design and building structure by the Japanese expert.

The Koktobe City school is also inspired by Europe since it is based on Finnish education principles. The school itself is also designed by the Finnish architect Jani Ristimaki.

The school is set to contain rooms for particular activities. There are rooms that are specifically designed for drawing, singing, instrument playing, and even sports for teams.

They can be utilized at school, or during free period after school.

"Today, every family needs to travel a lot in order to bring their children to many other activities, such as swimming or drawing. We decided to put everything under one roof. Murat Utemisov describes that the school's buildings include separate blocks for preparatory and secondary schools, as well as the Budokan centers for sports and arts, which has an 25-meter swimming pool as well as a multi-functional gymnasium well-equipped music and choreography spaces and sewing, sewing, and pottery areas.
