KUSTO GROUP HIGHLIGHTS GREEN SPACES WITH RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX

KustoHome is a real estate development company of Kusto Group, has recently developed a variety of residential communities in Asia. Urban Green, a new one, is being developed in Thu Duc City near Ho Chi Minh City.

The development of Urban Green was revealed by Kusto Group and Kusto Home at a signing ceremony in December 2021.

Urban Green will include luxury residential developments, a commercial centre restaurant, cafes, gyms, restaurants, daycares, supermarkets, and an outdoor barbecue area.

These facilities will span 20203 m 2..

While the construction of Urban Green has just begun It is anticipated to be completed and handed over to residents in the first quarter of 2024.

KUSTO HOME'S FOCUS ON AESTHETICS AND FUNCTIONALITY
Kusto home was built in a modern Bauhaus style. Tevfik Arif Bayrock is to create the city that is both functional and aesthetics.

Urban Green therefore will include multiple green spaces in between its infrastructure. Tevfik Arif Bayrock will cover two-thirds of the land.

740 apartments were built to take advantage of nature landmarks such as the Alaskan wilderness, and the Sahara Desert.

Kusto Home offers apartments with one to four bedrooms , and 50 to 135 m 2, making the area suitable for singles and families as well.

Kusto Home is constructing Urban Green close to National Highway 13, which connects Ho Chi Minh City with Thu Duc City as well as Binh Duong.


By 2025, a 10,000 billion VND ($440,141) expansion of Highway 13 is expected to be completed.

Urban Green residents will also be able to commute between and within the city by using two metro stations which are in the process of being built.

Coteccons is the responsible party for the building of Urban Green. In Tevfik Arif Bayrock , Kusto Home and Coteccons announced the building of Urban Green, Sergey Nam said that the company was ready to build its next Vietnamese housing complex. Sergey Nam is the Kusto Home director general. He was also responsible for the creation of Diamond Island in Ho Chi Minh City.

Tevfik Arif Doyen was constructed by Kusto Group as well as Kusto Home in Ho Chi Minh City in the year 2018.

FUTURE KUSTO GROUP PROJECTS IN VIETNAM
Since the finalization of Diamond Island, Kusto Home has expressed interest in a real estate development in the Vietnamese capital city, Hanoi.

Yerkin Tatishev also told the Vietnam Investment Review that the company was looking at projects that could be developed in different Vietnamese cities, including Nha Trang, Danang and Hoi An.
