How do you plan a camping trip with 3-4 kids and how to make sure everyone is happy

Hello, I'm mother to 3-4 children. What is the reason for a gap between 3-4 kids? I have four kids. Two of my older boys are far away to participate in activities with the family. So, usually we see only one. The trip will be shared by two of my daughters and one of my boys. There is no boy older than twelve years. Yes I'm a cool mother, so my 14-year old will stay at home. While he will not invite friends or make bad decisions it was the only option.
Family members love to talk about their camping adventures. Every gathering has a lot to share, and because our children are the centre of our otherwise boring lives every person should be able to connect to those aspects that are not so dull. Camping trips are an excellent way to break the ice and start conversations. They are something we do every month. There are many stories to share. And the interesting part - we do not make any of this stories up, they're completely true. It really happened...
But of course there's time getting there and time getting home that are included in the trip. There are down times during rains and generally bad weather, when we all cuddle in the tent and watch television or listening to music. We play a lot, but there are times we'd rather relax after a hike up the mountains or exploring nearby caves. These moments, along with the travel time, are the reason we came across an excellent way to entertain and educate our kids. In fairness we've divided the tablet into two recently. One tablet is for kids, and the other is designed for teens. They just have to be able to use both at all time, so 2 tablets makes more sense.
One device was designed specifically to be used by children. There are educational videos on the device to make your kids churn your brain a bit. Of course, there are also videos of baby sharks as well as other celebrities from the world of children as well as tele-tubbies unboxing toys. Youtube was the primary source for the majority of the videos. The first time we tried to connect to wifi during our time in the woods however neither of our hotspot toolskits could help, since our smartphones are no longer in the network's reach, and lose Internet, so nothing is left for hotspots. We are happy, we enjoy the weather so it's simple to adjust to an absence of internet. We create the video content before we leave to go camping. For children, we look up what they like and then use one of the 3 most well-known Youtube video download websites : Y2mate, Flvto or 2Conv. Each site has its pros and cons, and some down sides. However, I have discovered that if a user is unable to download videos from Youtube then the others will come in. But, Y2mate is usually able to manage everything. Flvto or 2Conv can handle certain videos that it refuses to download.
It is also possible to search Youtube videos with Y2mate. After entering the words your kids were singing and it will display the results. Then, select the one you want and then save the MP4 files to your desktop. You can take the URL of a Youtube video playlist and give it to Y2mate. Y2mate will display a list and let you pick one from the list. Y2mate allows you to convert YouTube videos to MP3. For kids, we can download many videos, and for teenagers you only need to get a few music videos. Some of them are converted to MP3 format, while others are converted to mp4 video files. Our children love it so much that we don’t have to worry.
Finally, we have a laptop at home that contains a wide selection of TV shows and movies. It also has more storage, which means we can download films and shows to stream offline. It's extremely comfortable to do so, just press a button, leave the app, and within some hours or days you will see the title in your library. Now you can click and watch any time, anywhere wherever you are. It's not on your computer and you can access it at any time and wherever you want. There's no need for buffering or data transfer the content will be instantly, played directly from the desktop or laptop. The one that we hide from the rain and only let out when it ceases, is because we want our kids to be able to watch educational or DIY-related films, TV shows, and movies can also be helpful in helping soothe the family who have been trapped inside the tent for 36hours straight.
