Please be aware that the dolphins are very fast and it's more a hunt to catch a glimpse, than a relaxing trip in which the dolphins play with you. This was my previous thought, but it is very hectic. But it's fun! And to see those animals is pretty amazing. Get your camera ready. Be fast! It was impossible to get a photograph of them for me.
