gap: nick fam tries to go to both kinds of events. sometimes there are conflicts with family events and large events. not a major problem but its something we can fix. eric: main thing is to get family involved in service and events. make them comfortable with the whole club. alex:send out reminders and everything.
fh's and gps have to take charge and set examples. the effort needs to be there
communtication is a good place to start. mentors and family heads telling people to go to events. really helps big event. reach out individually to bring people out.
