Go kimble/ exports/ new/ drop down number 5/ go left invoice Business Unit/ click BJSS LTD first/ Inv period - Apr 22/ click go at the top/ select all invoices/ export/ open excel file (like timesheet exports)/ get rid of P to S/ check decimals (only 2 decimals places other wise bc breaks/ SAVE - BJSS LTD/ ACC RECE/BJSS LTD REV REPORTS & BC IMPORTS/FY 22/ APR 22 - SAVE! MAKE SURE IT'S SAVES IN csv (comma delimited (*.csv)
go back to BC FILE same as above BUT click into kimble to bc importer invoices/got to tab SL EXtract/ delete all info on there/copy info on excel reprot and copy into this tab on SL EXTRACT/go MAIN tab on file/ CLICK IN ORANGE TAB/CLICK YELLOW TAB/ FINALLY CLICK GRAY TAB/ A NEW excel should pop up/copy info/ go BC/ click into gen journ/ general/ change batch name to SALESLEDGE/ got into manage and delete anything in there/ paste all data from excel file/go post&print/preview posting/ if everythig ok/ go the post print / then click post/ click yes/to check click the figure and check invoices
