1. Introduction

2. Formula
Pickling service: 20% nitric acid + 5% hydrofluoric acid + 75% water
Passivation service: 5% nitric acid + 2% potassium dichromate + 93% water
Pickling passivation service (two in one): 20% nitric acid + 10% hydrofluoric acid + 70% water
3. Zinc Die Casting . Pretreatment:
Remove the oxide covering by Shot blasting.
Clean welding places on both sides, eliminate oil as well as other stains externally with gas or cleaning agent.
Heavy oil to be cleansed with 3-5% alkali washing remedy. After cleaning, cleanse the surface with clean water.
b. Pickling as well as passivation.
Marinading as well as passivation (2 in one) solution can complete pickling and also passivation at once. The temperature as well as time shall be strictly regulated. If the temperature level is reduced, the time will be long, and also if the temperature level is high, the time will certainly be short.
