**Code of Conduct**
Our goal here at Juzos is to give you the best experience possible. In order to fulfil this, we have created certain rules that need to be followed to maintain a safe and friendly environment. We ask that you please read this to be better informed on our expectations.

**Section I - Group and Establishments Rules and Regulations**
**I. Respect**
As a Customer, you are highly recommended to be respectful to other peers you encounter while on Establishments and the Communications Server. Respect may include being kind, uplifting, and resourceful. Because of the importance of this rule in Juzos, failure to do so may result in Warnings, leading to a Kick or Ban. Staff Members are expected to lead this Policy and be respectful at an exceptional rate, to benefit everyone's experience. Any sort of disrespect toward a peer will result in three Warnings leading to a Kick and/or Ban.

**II. Trolling**
Trolling is any sort of format is prohibited on all Establishments of the Group and Communications Server. Spamming, disrespectful or cruel comments, and/or consistent annoyance to others will be counted as trolling. If a user is noticed trolling, three verbal Warnings will be given out leading up to a Kick and/or Ban.

**III. Exploiting**
Any form of exploiting is prohibited on Establishments of the Group. If a user is noticed exploiting, a permanent ban will immediately be issued. Appeals will not be allowed for exploiting, for safety purposes.

**IV. Spamming**
Spamming is not allowed on the Communications Server and on Establishments. Image, GIF, and text spamming all fall under this category. If a user is noticed excessively spamming, three Warnings will be issued out leading to a Kick and/or Ban.

**IV. Clothing**
We encourage the freedom of being yourself and you are allowed to wear any sort of clothing, as long as it is appropriate. If a user's clothing is deemed inappropriate, such as NSFW content, hateful messages toward others, or any other sort of disrespect, then a change will be requested.

**VI. Bypassing (Cursing)**
Any sort of bypassing for curse or generally inappropriate words is strictly prohibited. For reasonability and safety for our younger Customers and Staff, three verbal Warnings will be issued to a user who noticeably continues to bypass, with a Kick and/or Ban following.

**VII. Roblox's TOS (Terms of Service)**
All users are expected to follow the Terms of Service that Roblox has implemented. If a user is noticed breaking a Term, a blacklist and permanent Ban from all Establishments, including the Communications Server, will be issued immediately.

**Section II - Communications Server Rules and Regulations**
**I. Respect**
Please respect all users you come across in the different channels, to make sure everyone maintains a good experience. This includes not posting any NSFW contact (for safety purposes), bypassing curse or inappropriate words, and not leaking any personal information of others. Any form of drama or malicious arguing is prohibited, and asked to be taken to a private group chat (not relating to Juzos) to be discussed in.

**II. Hate Speech**
Any sort of racism, discriminatory language, or discussion of politics/religion is strictly prohibited. We ask that you respect others' opinions and refrain from problem-causing disagreements. Having inappropriate discussions in voice channels falls under this category and is strictly prohibited, which may result in a loss of voice channel permissions.

**III. Ticket System**
The ticket system is designed to support any user who has questions relating to the Group. To refrain from damaging the system and slowing response times, we ask that you use the system properly. This includes not opening more than one ticket at a time and putting a proper reason for opening a ticket. If a Support Staff replies to your ticket, you must respond within a 24-hour time period, or your ticket will be closed. Failure to follow any of these rules will result in Warnings leading to punishment.

**IV. Advertising**
All forms of advertising on our Communications Server is strictly prohibited. Either directly or indirectly advertising (not specifically mentioning the Group name, but consistently hinting toward it) on the Server will result in an automatic Suspension.

**V. Bot Commands**
Please run bot commands only in the channels designated for this purpose. Do not run bot commands in chat or photo channels, to reduce spam and possible lag.

**VI. Administration Decisioning**
We ask that you please do not argue with any decisioning Administration gives you or another peer. These decisions are final and cannot be changed. If you feel that you have good reasoning for any sort of Appeal, and it is allowed for that type of decision, please contact our Moderation Department.

**VII. Naming**
Your Discord name must be your corresponding Roblox username, for clarification to others.

**VIII. Age Requirement**
All users in the Communications Server are strictly required to be over 13 years of age. If a SHR+ finds out that you are under 13, disciplinary action will be taken.

**IX. Common Sense**
Use common sense at all times while on our Communications Server. Just because a rule is not stated doesn't mean that you should break it.

**X. Discord's Terms of Service**
You must follow all Rules and Regulations that Discord adds on to their Terms of service. Failure to do so will result in an automatic Ban from our Server.
