**Inactivity Logs Update**

**Greetings Juzos Staff Members,**

Due to possibly confusion regarding to the Inactivity Logs, the Senior Leadership Team has decided to create specific Rules for them to bring clarification. All Staff Members are encouraged to read the following:

**I.** All requests for permission to be inactive ("Requests") must be for a reason that is substantial enough to substain your absence from the Group (vacation, significant schoolwork, personal issues, et cetra).
**II.** Requests must have a timespan of less than thirty days, unless given a special Exemption by a Vice President+. If you exceed the thirty days without an Exemption, a Demotion may follow.
**III.** All Requests submitted must use the format below. Failure to do so may result in a denial of your Request.

**IV.** If you are looking to make a request, it may not be for anyone other than yourself. The only way for an Exemption to this Rule is if the user wishing for a Request is not physically able to.
**V.** Requests may only be accepted or denied by a Presidential Assistant+. If for some reason none are available for a long period of time, AND the reasoning for this Request is serious, an Emergency Acceptance may be made by a Senior Corporate Officer or above. **This may only happen if no Presidential Assistant+ has examined your Request after one week from the submission time.**
**VI.** Denials will be made if the Request is filled out incorrectly (missing one of the sections in the Request).
**VII.** You may not make a Request for inactivity until two weeks has past after the End of Absence in your last request. For example, if you submitted a Request on the 11th that ended on the 15th, you could not submit another Request until the 29th.
