Ингредиенты:
Микс салата с корнеплодами — 150 г
Соль — по вкусу
Перец — по вкусу
Помидор свежий — 1 шт.
Огурец свежий — 1 шт.
Лосось филе — 250 г
Горчица дижонская зерновая — 20 г
Мед — 20 г
Соус соевый — 20 г
Масло оливковое —по вкусу
Приготовление:
1. Подготовить ингредиенты.
2. Помойте и обсушите салатные листья, нарвите и перемешайте. Выложите в глубокую миску микс салатов.
3. Огурец и помидор нарежьте средним кубиком и выложите в миску.
4. Смешайте с микс-салатом в миске.
5. Приготовление соуса:
Смешайте мёд, соевый соус, оливковое масло и горчицу.
6. Доведите до вкуса солью.
7. Сёмгу очистите от чешуи (если есть) и костей, нарежьте на квадратные кусочки.
8. Обжарьте на оливковом масле до золотистого цвета.
9. Салат выложите на тарелку. Обжаренные кусочки семги переложите на тарелку с салатом.
10 .Заправьте салат приготовленным медовым соусом, не дав остыть рыбе. Перемешайте.
