Additional Terms
51. Compensation is three (3%) percent gross of overall Kickstarter campaign
(starting from $50,000). This defines as if the Kickstarter reaches the minimum
budget ($50,000), the 3% payment compensation will be in effect. Anything from
$50,000 above (for the duration of the Kickstarter Campaign) 3% of overall
campaign will be owed to the Employee. No compensation will be owed below
the $50,000 budget cost.
52. If the Kickstarter Campaign is unsuccessful to reaching its $50,000 minimum No
Compensation will be owed to the Employee. All work will be considered
portfolio work for the individual, Company, and for the Project.
53. If the Kickstarter Campaign is unsuccessfully funded the Employee has free range
to stay under a new Agreement or leave the Project / Company. The Employee
will have full creative rights to their contributed work however, cannot reuse,
repurpose, or detach the work from the Project.
E.g. May be allowed to use the work to gain other work and for personal portfolio
usage, under the condition the project name is not separated from the work. Also,
the Employee cannot reuse, edit, or modify the work for future projects or jobs.
This idea also includes termination notice from Employer or Employee.
