In my last article I was discussing the fun and the difficulty of starting an online business. I have found there are many things to ponder when getting started. So, I can see how someone would feel, just starting out, not knowing what to do.In my mind and in the minds of many, the computer is the big starting point. The computer really is not the hardest part of using the internet. A person can learn the mechanics of the computer and still not be comfortable with all the things that will be asked of them when using it in an online business environment. I think it is wise to have a great desire to use the computer, but if the truth be known you could hire it done.
The real reason I personally wanted to get in the online computer business was flexibility. I wanted to be able to move my business without having to lose all of my customers. I wanted to work the hours I felt like working. I have never been a real early riser and I like to stay up late at night. Of course I want to work whenever I feel like it. I want to be able to move the business to a different location and not be hampered with all of the logistics of an office and employees. There are so many variables that go into the term flexibility that makes the online business desirable.All of those things are reasons that help explain why it makes so much sense. It is still the purpose or the passion that overrides the real reason for doing the online business. When it is well understood and the passion is heartfelt it is much more likely success would be eminent. It is much more enjoyable and brings lasting pleasure.That brings me to my point again, once the passion is there and the commitment is made then you have to realize, it is just like any other business. In order to be successful you have to commit resources and time to make it work.There are way too many people saying you can make a million overnight when in essence that is nonsense. Even a small endeavor requires some amount of financial backing and time. It only makes sense to get the education necessary that you pay something to receive that education. All too many times, I have been told since I started, "you can do it if you have the money to throw at it or you can do it if you have the time, otherwise it's going to take longer to succeed".So here is the conclusion, when you are looking for your opportunity it is wise to look for a system that has mentors willing to help you; that has leaders willing to give knowledge, explain and guide you. Very few people can do it on their own. It is said that 95% of the people that try fail. I am here to tell you this, if you have the passion, the desire and consistency it takes there is a valuable resource out there for the taking. Rest assured there is a community of people all reaching for the stars. It exists and it is real. It is a community of entrepreneurial online internet mentors. It is this community working toward common goals to be successful making the difference for many of the 95%.
