7 Steps to Install Your Cubicles
It is essential when installing toilet or shower cubicles to adhere to procedures. Preparation is the key also to over look these simple instructions can cause big problems at a later date in the installation process. Now make sure you have all the ingredients necessary to install your cubicle. Just follow these easy to understand instructions, making sure your lines are vertical as you've areas like floors or walls, which is often away from true, and your cubicles will probably be positioned in little time whatsoever.
Step 1 Measuring up
Measure and mark off a vertical line for the back wall to the positions from the wall partitions for your cubicles. Mark for the wall the positions to correct the three back wall brackets.
Step 2 Fitting Brackets
Fix the three back wall channel brackets as necessary for each partition around the vertical line drawn about the wall.
Step 3 Fitting Partitions
Position the wall panels in to the brackets and ensure the partition is level while using the adjustable legs fixed for the wall panels.
Draw the precise position with the holes inside channel brackets on the walls of each partition ready for drilling. Drill the opening utilizing a 10mm drill bit and connect the brackets to the partition walls while using T-nuts provided.
Step 4 Fitting Partition Support
Check the attached the adjustable leg for the partition, and accommodate correct height. Ensure the partition is aligned correctly and fasten adjustable legs on the floor.
Step 5 Fitting Fascia Panels
Measure up and mark off a vertical line around the side wall if fixing with a wall. Fix these wall brackets the wall. Make sure the hinge panel is level and mark from the positions in the 3 brackets around the fascia. Fix the hinge wall to fascia channel brackets with all the T-nuts provided. Your pilaster (central fascia panel) could have the hinge holes pre-drilled and simply fix those while using T-nuts provided.
Step 6 Fitting Head Rail
With the partitions and fascia fixed your head rail must be put in position on the tops with the fascia bridging the door gap. Fix the pinnacle rail permanently by attaching for the fascia.
Step 7 Fitting the doors, hinges and lock assembly
Attach the hinges for the doors. Attach the indicator bolt towards the door. Wooden Frames up towards the level in the hinge panel bottom using wood make the doorway about the blocks. Engage the lock and mark over indicator bolt about the fascia at the point you need to attach the keep. Mark from the hinge placement around the hinge panel. To drill the hinge holes eliminate the nut in the bottom in the hinge and reassemble and fix the hinges towards the walls ensuring the threshold is hung horizontal. Unlock the indicator bolt and attach the keep with all the fixings provided. Set back the plastic sleeves in the hinge to the door to close closed or open.
