Dear Hirapara,
We are glad to inform you that we have done salary revision based on your role. Thus, your compensation package
stands revised to Rs. 228000/- p.a. effective January 01, 2022.
Effective January 01, 2022, we have introduced three components to the compensation package which will be
paid to you on meeting the eligibility criteria as mentioned below.
1. Project Allowance
2. Bahubali Allowance
3. Specialist Allowance
Project Allowance Applicable to those employees who are deployed on certain strategic projects & will be
determined based on attendance.
Bahubali Allowance Applicable to those employees working on weekends and holidays.
Specialist Allowance Applicable to those employees who develop specialization in their skillsets/domain.
Please refer the Employee Handbook for details.
We would also like to inform that your CTC structure has been modified effective January 01, 2022. The revised
CTC structure will be made available on the ESS portal by the first week of February 2022.
The other terms and conditions of your appointment shall remain the same.
