SariAgri - Harga Tandan Buah Segar (TBS) sawit di Kalbar di periode I Mei 2021 kembali naik. Bahkan mencatatkan rekor harga tertinggi TBS sawit di tahun ini yaitu untuk umur 10-20 tahun RpRp2.348,69 per kilogram.
Kepala Dinas Perkebunan dan Peternakan, Heronimus Hero mengungkapkan kenaikan harga TBS sawit dipicu meningkatnya permintaan pasar global di masa pemulihan ekonomi dunia akibat COVID-19.
"Mulai pulihnya ekonomi dunia dari dampak pandemi COVID-19 mendorong pulihnnya aktivitas industri yang memerlukan bahan baku CPO. Ini yang mendorong terjadi peningkatan permintaan," ujarnya.

Selain faktor permintaan luar, lanjut dia, permintaan CPO dalam negeri juga meningkat sebagai dampak kebijakan B20 dan B30.
"Penyerapan pasar untuk dalam negeri sekarang juga sudah tinggi dengan adanya kebijakan B30 oleh pemerintah. Berita Perdagangan Jadi permintaan luar tinggi dan penyerapan pasar dalam negeri besar maka harga naik,” katanya.
Hero mengatakan kenaikan harga TBS atau sawit akan berkorelasi terhadap peningkatan petani dan perusahaan perkebunan.
“Harapan kita harga seperti ini terus stabil dan mengalami kenaikan. Dengan harga naik tingkat kesejahteraan petani membaik karena pendapatan naik tersebut,” harapnya.
Berdasarkan hasil rapat penetapan harga Periode I Mei 2021, harga CPO di Kalbar Rp10.530, 45 per kilogram dan harga karnel Rp6.937,54 per kilogram.
Harga TBS sawit per kilogramn untuk umur 3 tahun Rp1.754,05, umur 4 tahun Rp1.876,69, umur 5 tahun Rp2.006,22, umur 6 tahun Rp2.069,20, umur 7 tahun Rp2.144,12, umur 8 tahun Rp2.212,22, umur 9 tahun Rp2.249,74, umur 10-20 tahun Rp 2.348,69, umur 21 tahun 2.306,71, umur 22 tahun Rp2.295,98, umur 23 tahun Rp2.240,16, umur 24 tahun Rp2.163,52 dan umur 25 tahun Rp2.091,61.
