my name is christiana clark .I am 9 years old.I was born in 1859. I am the oldest of my sisters and brothers.we all live on a big farm with our parents. we have a lot of fun, but we also have a lot of work we have to do. we have a 3 room house.My parents,my 2 sisters, and I sleep in the bedroom. the 2 younger boys sleep in the loft and the 2 older boys sleep in the room attached to the fr porch. we all have to help around the farm, but the girls help
my mom in the kitchen every morning before school we have to get up at 4:30 To begin our chores. The girls go to the chickens coop to to collect the eggs for my mom. My Brother Ben,he is 10, get the water from the well in the front yard. My brother Matthew milks the cows bessie so we can have milk to drink with breakfast. we all sit down and have milk, bacon , and eggs for for breakfast. then the four yongest childern set off to the school. we carry our books in our arms and walk 2 miles to get to school.we have to be there at 8:00. Right now i am learning my cursive letters and my time tables. i sit in the middle rows because i am in the third grade. ben, Michael, and elizabeth sit in the rows behind me because they are older than me.
