CAUSES
Starting of 1st slide: The bhakti movement was started by by Alvaras and Nayanars. Alvaras are the devotees of Lord Vishnu and Nayanars are devotees of Lord Shiva. It was started to reform the Hindu practices in those times.

This movement started in South India as a response to the evil practices that had crept into Hinduism and talked about increasing the love of the devotee for the god. It was a very popular movement before the arrival of the Turks

Devotion is more important than rituals: It educated people to do bhakti rather than superficial rituals to attain salvation

Meerabai was a Rajput princess: She was a Rajput princess born in Rajasthan and became the wife of Rana Bhojraj, one of the royal families in Rajasthan
Most popular Bhakti Reformer: She was the most popular Bhakti reformer and introduced Bhajans to the movement that were composed in Vraj Bhasha
Great Devotee of Krishna: She spent a lot of time with other devotees of Lord Krishna, singing and dancing in devotion to Lord Krishna
