Kuzey Özçay 1999 yılında İzmir'de dünyaya geldi orta gelirli bir ailenin tek çocuğuydu, annesi ve babası kurdukları enerji şirketinin yönetiminden sorumluydular.
Kuzey sakin bir hayat geçiriyordu okulunda başarılı çevresi ile iyi anlaşan bir çocuktu tabi bu durum böyle devam etmedi, 2015 yılında babası Eray Özçayı trafik kazasında kaybetti.
Kuzey babası ile arası iyi olan bir çocuk değildi bu kayıp onu çok etkilememişti, annesi şirketin işlerini tek başına yönetmek zorunda kalmıştı.
Lise hayatını başarılı bir şekilde bitiren Kuzey üniversite sınavından oldukça yüksek bir puan almıştı, şirkette bir yer edinebilmek için Dokuz Eylül Üniversitesi Uluslararası Ticaretler bölümünü tercih etti.
Kuzey'in üniversite eğitimini sıkıntısız bir şekilde tamamlamış ve şirkette işe başlamıştı, ama işler planladığı gibi gitmedi annesinin aldığı yanlış kararlardan dolayı şirket büyük sıkıntılar çekiyordu.
Kuzey'in annesi Asya şirketi yönetemeyeceğini anlamış ve çok geç olmadan şirketi devretmişti.
Bunun sonucunda Kuzey'in planlarıda suya düşmüştü ne yapacağını bilemiyordu hayatını ve iş planını tekrar gözden geçirmeliydi.
Annesi ile olan uzun tartışmaları sonucunda Kuzey yurtdışına çıkma kararı almıştı hayatını orda tekrar gözden geçirecekti.
