--- One time, while in a hostile prison, I couldn't connect to the internet in order to view my presentation. I also had to rectify the problem.

This was my personal greatest and most embarrassing fail on the business trip. We were headed south to meet one of the largest oil tycoons from the Middle Eastern region. Because I was the largest and most involved in the process, there were many stages to the presentation. I was given one. It was my chance of showing my manager that I'm ready for the big time. Ready to play the big games against the big guys. It might sound off-putting, but I was talking about adult females. Or better business women.

The demonstration's purpose was to imitate a real actual sequence of events which would have led this businessman to retreat into his emergency room, accompanied by family members and small army of guards. At first, I wanted to show the presentation and show how to manage these serious circumstances.

I was blessed. I was fortunate. Even though it was only an hour-long speech, it communicated layers of security, confidence and eventually led to the signing of 47 more clients of higher caliber. These contracts are worth hundreds of thousand. We're planning to continue to work with them into the future.
