Notes

Around thirty minutes ago I completed by second workout in this course, and the first workout of this week. My workout lasted almost 30 (thirty) minutes but ended up being around 27 (twenty-seven) minutes long. My goal in this workout was to continue to warm up my muscles and my cardio through these different exercises, in order to prepare for the rest of this semester. The first workout of this course completely destroyed my body, in a good way. After the first workout I could genuinely barely walk, but I did notice after completing this second one that my body was getting used to exerting with extra effort, and I believe that is a step in the right direction. For my back workout I did 50 reps on each arm of isolated dumbbell rows with a fifteen pound weight, and I enjoyed focusing my mind muscle connection on my back and trying my best to develop and perform with proper form. The most challenging workout was definitely the fifty pushups, as I could feel my chest still healing from being sore and going through strain in the first workout. Overall, I think this workout was a step in the right direction and I worked very hard to complete it in it's entirety, and look forward to my next workout later this week.
