Job experience:
I worked in different jobs for the last few years .
I worked as a lifeguard master as a summer job for 5 years starting from 2014 until 2019 in different hotels like golden tulip and four seasons hotel my role was make sure the safety of the customer and assist them if needed.
I worked as sales agent in sports equipments shop where i was providing to the customers information regarding our products and help them get the right equipment for them .
Also since 2015 im working as a swimming coach where i trained alot of swimmers and assist them to grow and reach high level and currently im a physical education teacher in primary school

Exceed expectation :
As im a coach trainer for the last 6 years and that I'm dealing with young swimmers who just start this experience so i needed to teach them the right techniques and make them love the sport and as a trainer my goal was to make them the best of the best and with have 5 of my kids because that's how i see them rejoining the national team that was a big achievement for me but specially one of them who lost his father and he wanted to give up on swimming but i did everything i can to be there for him not only as a coach but as a father or brother to push to follow his dream and be strong so i can say that's my pride moment .

Conflict with colleague and how did u solve it??
In primary school where i was teaching i had a conflict with my colleague who complained about my teaching method to the different teacher i felt uncomfortable after knowing that but as we are a team and i didn't want that to effect our performance or our responsibilities i choose to share my feelings to him and explain that if came to me and give me his feedback i will accept it open heart and we share our opinions and really taking that step helped us to work in a nice environment and also i learned from his teaching methods and improving myself .
And i think communication and sharing point a vuew with respect are the best solution to avoid any conflicts or misunderstanding.
