3) Specific Endurance = it is the ability to stand against fatigue in sports specific condition. as a nature of fatigue is different from sports to sports. so is the endurance needed compete in them . the better your sports specific endurance the better your perform at the specific sports.
According to duration of activity endurance can be divided into following
1) Speed = it is the ability the amount of time where a near maximum speed can be maintain, in others words it is the ability to resist fatigue in activities not lasting more than 45 seconds. for example : 400m Sprint.
2) Short Term OR Aerobic Endurance = the type of endurance needed in sports where the action or movement is only
