Poker Training - Self Study Through Hand History Review Sessions
Due to various commitments I am currently playing turbo STT. I find time to squeeze in the occasional game between my other activities and for some relaxation and'me-time'. Some people do a crossword, I play a turbo poker game! My mentality is therefore geared for quick games and quick decisions. I'll play aggressively in shorter games than I would in longer formats.

There are other factors that can influence your poker game. They can even influence it in a negative fashion. Take a second to think about this. Every activity has a certain degree or risk in it. This makes us feel uncomfortable and scared of untoward outcomes. This situation is worse when playing poker. You are competing against real people who all want to win the pot. That means they can do almost everything to get the pot. They cannot break the rules but they can use you fears against them. If they can figure out what you want, they will try to prevent you from getting that thing. They will use what they know to their advantage by learning about your fears.

A few Classical and New Age songs are my favourites. They are a great way to improve your concentration while playing poker. I have downloaded the CD's to my MP3 and continue to play them during poker games, online and offline. Several of the New Age selections are designed by their composers to induce certain mental states, such as increased creativity, or relaxation, or focused concentration. The process of inducing these mental states is known as brainwave entrainment.

Do not attempt to do too much at once. Learn to say no. Although it is a simple term, many people struggle with its pronunciation. It comes partly from wanting to be nice and helpful, and partly because we want people to like us. They will not like us if they don't trust us and we do not agree to do it. Position and aggression are key to post-flop success. Successful post-flop play will depend largely in part on your pre-flop choices. Deuces and Joker - The difference of this game to Jacks or Better is that it has two main cards which called the Deuces and Joker. It uses a 53 card deck. All of the two cards are called Deuces.
