On approving backdrops:
i) when a backdrop gets approved by 4 users, we send a notification to the backdrop Photo Research team on Basecamp by adding a to-do.
ii) we send acceptance/rejection notifications to the users based on their decision.
iii) we would have a new column on the Backdrop table for the PR team backdrop approvals - prApproved - which should be a boolean (?)
iv) we can use Backdrop's account as the user approving a backdrop in the processBackdropApprovalNotification function.
v) we can also add the backdrop account as a default approver for all backdrops since we also need it in the processBackdropApprovalNotification function.

On temporarily blacklisting/banning users:
i) why do we want to blacklist users - quality control.
ii) when do we want to blacklist users ? - when the PR team decides so.
iii) how can we blacklist users ? - by creating approvalBan and dateOfApprovalBan columns. The first is a boolean (still not sure of this since we might want other values) and the second is so we can track the ban period.
iv) how do we unblacklist them? - a redis job can run once a week to check for users with ban dates of the current day - 30 days(30 days not yet decided). Alternatively, a cron job to have the option of doing this at night when users are less likely to use the app, although night varies across continents.
