2. Formula

3. Operation
a. Pretreatment:
Eliminate the oxide finishing by Shot blasting.
Tidy welding areas on both sides, remove oil as well as other discolorations on the surface with gas or cleaner.
Heavy oil to be cleansed with 3-5% alkali cleaning option. After cleaning, clean the surface area with clean water.
b. Pickling and passivation.
Pickling and passivation (two in one) option can finish pickling and passivation at once. The temperature as well as time shall be strictly managed. If the temperature level is low, the time will certainly be long, and also if the temperature level is high, the moment will certainly be short.
