Online video storage is not reliable. Sites can close or cease to function. Here are some ways to backup your social media presence on your laptop.

My personal story isn't one with any depth. I was born, went to college, and worked until I finally got some information online. But there were some terrible moments in which everything seemed gone forever. One of these was when my computer at my house suddenly stopped functioning. https://youtubedownloader.sh/en1/ After a bit of tweaking, moving my hard drive from the old drive to the new drive, and installing a new desktop, my work was restored. It took three days of sweating and tears. But, I learned one crucial point: Dropbox and personal file servers are a great way to automate or manually backup my day's work.

This isn't the best solution. You will have to spend more money to maintain your online data store. It's easy to use and it seems very safe. It's easy to access and can be downloaded anywhere there is internet. What is the consequence if WiFi or an internet connection is unavailable? Those times I am happy having my laptop with my, it's like my last safe place to backup my data. There are two drives on it with one for each HDD. This allows them to copy one another and makes sure that only one copy is left in the event of failure. I only copy data to them to ensure that the laptop does not fail.

Another day of sadness came a few years ago. As I've mentioned before, I make sure that I don't lose any of my work. I copy it multiple times and have it on hand wherever internet connectivity is accessible. It was different this time, it was about Periscope. I was a frequent user of it years back. I even did live streams during the Riots in summer 2020. Periscope TV has now been shut down, and all videos will disappear within weeks. What can you do? All of the videos must be downloaded onto my laptop so that they can be saved offline. They are extremely special to me. It's the last time I've seen my friend who vanished off the radar during Covid. It appears like Covid took him away.

The site I am using is one I regularly visit as it lets me download videos from Youtube, Instagram and Facebook as well as other places that contain most of my live streams. I am interested in politics as well as underground movements. This is why I film a lot of live events, save some for the future, and upload them to YouTube. When I'm done live, I save it onto my laptop. This is how I operate. This lets me cross-post videos to different platforms. Not only can I share Youtube videos on Facebook however, I can also upload that video directly onto Facebook. It's its own video. In fact, I have more than 3TB of live feeds over the past 8 years. Periscope will not go away.. This site really helps me.

It works like an angel. After opening the video I'd like to watch, I copy its URL by clicking the sharing link. Then , I visit the website for video downloaders and paste video link where they want it, press the big button and within seconds I see multiple options to download video, save it on my desktop or laptop, to transfer it across different platforms, and to save it for friends and family. Periscope is not accessible on all platforms. This site is able to manage the m3u8 file other sites download for you. Then, I go to the website for video downloaders and copy my video's URL where they want it. After that, I hit the large button. The video isn't downloaded to my computer, it's online and plays when player loads tiny fragments in a sequence.

If you don't know this, Windows can utilize the copy command to assist you join these fragments to make a standard 1 long video file. This happens because of the format of Mpeg TS for video (or transport stream) used for the video fragments. It has all the information required for video decoding in each fragment. Each stream is started from the middle without interruption. It also helps save information by downloading 360 x 10 second videos. It only downloads the streams you are currently watching. Your player will get 3-4 fragments from the 25-second stretch and the 1-2 fragments that follow for if it continues to watch the stream. This allows you to reduce the amount of data you need by downloading only 25 seconds of stream video.
