Antes que nada checas si tiene credito ab o c despues ves que tenga cable telefono e internet, si tiene los res puedes vender, luego uando te vas a retention no te vallas a las ofertas, primro checa que no haya que cambiar de legacy a flexible, lo cambias en caso de que si y le das click al cuadrito de home life y llenas los espacios en verde que te salga, checas cuant sube la bill y si sube que es lo mas seguro min 20 dolares te vas a descuentos y le das uno que le redusca almenos unos 40 dolares para que con los 20 que cuesta el hl su bill tenga 20 o 30 dolares de ahorro ese es el primer gancho para decirle que sin el servicio de hl no puedes activar ese descuento, cierrale los caminos al customer, si no quiere dile qu ees la unica promocion disponible para su cuenta por su lealtad como buen cliente, y si quiere descuento sin hl dile que solo pl epuedes bajar su bill solo 5 dollars, y si es con hl dile qu ese reduce hasta 30 dolares pero, peor primero asegurate que espues de a;adir HL y los descuentos si se redujo efectivamente su bill, porque hay casos donde ya tiene muhcos descuentos su cuenta y por mas que quires no podras bajarle la bill
depende de todos esos factores
y si no quiere dile que ntoncs no puedes hacer nada
es preferibke que te cuelgue a que le des descuento sin poder hacer venta
yo ya iba a vender otros dos Hl esta semana pero no supe explicar que er la light bulb y por eso te mande esa info tambine porque aveces te va a preguntar en que consiste los ddons de ahi va a depender tambien que tanto los convensas al explicar el equipo
