This wonderful father and son duo have experienced the nightmare of the century at the Embassy Suites in San Diego California. Upon their arrival the room was in a horrific state of unacceptable conditions which endangered the health of the guests and presented several moments of disbelief and discomfort. Given the situation the guests made sure to contact the housekeeping department in order to find solutions to the various problems presented. Unfortunately however, housekeeping took hours to attend to their needs. As a result Mr Erik Velicer drove to his home and back to obtain cleaning supplies in order to fix the issues that the Embassy Suites in San Diego failed to resolve.
Given the circumstances the party of two seek to move elsewhere but honorably desire to give the branch another chance by checking in at the Embassy Suites in Mandalay Beach. The guests are out to celebrate Mr Velicer's son's birthday. It is only fit that they receive compensation for their horrific experience. Please note that these are not only loyal customers but they have been understanding people while making the new booking through us. We would greatly appreciate if their needs and desires where attended accordingly.
