The City of San francisco bay area has come program a brilliant strategy to try to slow up the traffic. They might be change the color of the roads from black color to a good Starbucks Mocha Frappachino tone. And you in all probability think that is a joke, although it's not. Seemingly, they've conducted psychological studies, which demonstrate people will certainly slow down every time driving on a nice brown leafy roadway.
Today, I am not sure if that will work, this might sound like a crackpot idea, and something that the folks in Bay area might put together, while they may be sitting there having their latte looking out the Starbucks home window at the universe go by, even so it did mention a pretty good option. Why not shade the pavements a Starbucks "White Main Frappachino flavor" a much lighter weight beige or perhaps mauve tone?

By just lowering the temperature of all of the roads, significantly less hot air would definitely rise hooking the applicable winds after which heating up the atmosphere to be a blows over the land.
