Apart from these reasons their unscheduled lifestyle or very hectic schedule do not let them do proper exercise and due to their lifestyle they may be lacking four forms of necessary things to keep their life perfectly and healthy.

2. Proper Nutrition
3. Adequate Rest
4. Positive Mental Attitude

These would be the four major reasons of your respective bad health. To keep yourself fit and fine you should do exercise regularly. I am not saying which you necessary to do hardcore exercise to maintain you healthy and fit. But you are capable of doing Cardio exercises like running, yoga, cycling, etc. You should give attention to the meat. You should keep close track of meals that what you really are going to consume your breakfast, lunch and dinner. I believe that you should take 6 small meals rather than 3 heavy meals. Rest is very much important after work. You need to rest properly when you finish your work. Otherwise it's results wouldn't be good. Now if we mention positive mental attitude, then lots of people feel that they may be very positive about the items. But there is a difference between positive thinking and thinking positively. Positive thinking ensures that your ideas and ideas are positive and no matter the condition is you always think positive. Thinking positive appears like you are pressurize by the situation to consentrate positive because you have fear that something goes wrong.
