Film, 1600′lü yıllarda yaşamış, tarihimizin en önemli figürlerinden biri olan ve yaşadığı süre boyunca edindiği gözlemleri Seyahatnâme ismini verdiği önemli kaynakta bir araya getiren Evliya Çelebi’yi konu ediniyor.
