Hi .... Last update for points from 9.Jan:
1- loyalty points not appear for Reception user to can use it … also when we change something on patient file system notify that there is duplicates on loyalty program !!
2- System for service units (the unit, rooms, and equipment) We talked before about we need remove the link between devices and practices or solve our problem by anther way.. till now no update
3- print format for patient file On Processing (Done)

4- waiting list or practitioners Always there is over lap for appointments.. and when we transfer appointment from nurse to other it not make the schedule open .. some time the schedule time it appears as open and when we try to add appointment it said there’s overlap as (anther appointment on the same time with the same nurse)

Create health practitioners as Waiting List
Create Service Unit Waiting List (Allow overlap)
Then multiple patients can be booked against that HP & SU

5- transfer Services Solving the problem of transferring between services: from a package to a package after using some sessions

first make return package.
money will be returned.
then select another package and create invoice

6- rule tasks Definition for each rule on the main profile tasks

7- Service Duration duration be locked on patient appointment - Done
8- patient code Refer to invoices, not appointments - Done

9- Add Helper add helper nurse name on the service appointment to share the commission - On Processing

Add helper nurse in Sales team

10- solve the issue for appointments The cancel from appointments status not make action and from upper page remove all details for Payment!!

Hide upper action buttons based on status.


11- change the name of the practitioner after create the invoice From amend .. i did that already but it’s not work for sessions from packages
While duplicating she needs.

Use Sales Team to change pactioner..

12- Discount Issue when I make a discount for someone it does not add the amount in advance !! So how can i complete her all sessions without advance ?!!

Change the formulae to include discount
