1. A refugee is someone who has been forced to flee his or her country because of persecution, war, or violence.
An asylum seeker is a person who leaves their country of residence, enters another country, and applies for asylum (i.e., international protection) in this other country.
To protect their human rights, we can integrate them into their host country, otherwise, it can lead to tensions between ethnic groups (refugees) and the host country. We can put laws to protect refugees against forcible returns.

3. Why do some countries not want refugees?
Most of the refugees go to small, not very developed countries because big countries don't want them because they are so many. Sometimes they don't want refugees because they are trying to take care of their own country and they can't accept welcoming more people because they are already struggling with their own insecurity and helping their own populations and poverty.
