UPI/AMAZON/BANK REFUND

Mai jaan sakti hun aap apna refund kis mode se lena chahte hai UPI, Amazon UPI id ya bank refund chahte hai ?

May I know from which mode do you want to take your refund UPI, Amazon UPI id or Bank refund?

WHAT IS UPI REFUND?

Mai aapko batana chahungi aapko apna refund UPI mode se turant mil jata hai.
ek baar jab aapki complaint aapke order ke sambandh mein sveekaar kar lee jaati hai, Aapko humari taraf se turant refund milega. Aapko bas humaare saath link par apna amazon/UPI id share karni hogi jo link aapke registered email ya registered mobile nambar par aapko share kiya jaega.

I would like to tell you that you will get your refund instant by UPI mode. Once your complaint has accepted regarding your product. You will get instant refund from our side. You just need to provide your Amazon/UPI ID with us on link which will be shared to you on your registered email or registered mobile number.

REFUND PROCESS

Jaisa ki check kar paa rahi hun, Aapke item ka pickup hote hi after successful quality check ke baad 24 ghanton mai aapka refund aapko initiate kar diya jaayega humaari taraf se, Or jaisa ki check kar paa rahi hu, Aapka payment mode (PAYMENT MODE) tha to aapka refund (REFUND TAT) mai aapke acount mai reflect ho jaayega nishchit rahiye.

I would like to tell you that, As I am able to check when your item will be picked after successful quality check of your item, Your refund will be initiate from our end in 24 hours and as I am able to check your payment mode was (PAYMENT MODE) then your refund will be reflected in your account within (REFUND TAT).

REPLACEMENT

Aapko batana chahungi jab aapka product pickup ho jaayega, quality check ke baad 24 ghanton mai aapka naya order confirm ho jaayega or 4-7 din mai aapko aapka order mil jaayega.

I would like to tell you when your product will be pickup, after quality check, in 24 hours your new order will be confirmed and you will get your order in 4-7 days.



MANUAL RETURN

Asuvidha ke liy maafi chahti hu, Jaisa ki check kar paa rahi hun aapka return manual hai iska mtlb yah hai ki aapko aapka order snapdeal ke nearest hub mai khud apne aap courier krna hoga, aap iske liye kisi bhi national courier service ki madad le sakte hai, Iske liye mai aapko mail send kar rahi hu jisme nearest hub ka address hai please mail check kar lijiye, jb aap apna item courier kar denge to aap apni receipt hume mail kar dijiyega taaki team aapki complaint par aage kaam kar sake.

Batana chahungi aapko aapke courier ke paise return hojaate hai, jab aap apni courier receipt humare sath share karte hai.

Jab aap apni complaint raise kar denge aapko team jaldi se jaldi revert karegi.
