Due to being stationed at my computer throughout the day, I have the appropriate tools to accommodate the ergonomics suggested by the expert in this video. I am comfortable with my quiet mechanical keyboard, as well as my desk that has been adjusted to support my desk chair height and appropriate posture. I personally spent quite a bit of money to find the correct chair that works for me. My monitors are both adjusted to slightly closer than arms length because I find that's where it works best for me. I always use a primary monitor with one in the middle then one on my left, I personally would not perform well and it would put a lot of strain on my neck if I were to have my eyeline lined up directly in between my two monitors. With my mouse and keyboard I tend to place my entire forearms on my desk with mouse and keyboard close together, It causes much less strain on my wrists and shoulders. I do understand that this works well for me and my correct ergonomics, but possibly not as well for others. When stationed at my desk my phone is on the right side which is most comfortable for me as suggested. My headset and microphone are comfortable and designed for long use. I find myself tucking my chin and adjusting my neck and shoulders to not develop strain. Getting up and out of my chair at least once an hour is common and certainly benefits my healthy and I make a conscious ever just as recommended to do so. Overall, this video was beneficial for me and will continue to help me with ensuring I have correct ergonomics.
