I'm going to talk about something that is similar that always goes together.
One of the thing is a pair of shoes. Shoes are very important to be worn outside. You need to wear them so your feet doesn't get dirty. Shoes protect our feet from rocks, pointy or sharp things. You cannot wear just one shoe and go outside the house. You need to wear both of them to protect your feet. There are different kinds of shoes like running shoes, spinning shoes, dancing shoes, ice skating shoes, soccer shoes, etc. Each type of shoes protect our feet one way or the other. It is also interesting to remember that each shoe is made for one leg only and the it won't fit the other leg.
Another similar thing that I'll talk about today is gloves. Shoes protect your feet and gloves protect your..?? any guesses?? Yeah, that's right! Gloves protect your hands. You can use gloves when you are having construction work, fixing bike, riding bike, when cleaning or washing things etc. They keep your hands safe and clean. You can wear gloves when working on the garden to make sure your hands don't get dirty and get any cuts from sharp things. There are different kinds of gloves like plastic gloves, ice skating gloves, kitchen gloves, washing gloves, biking gloves etc. Some gloves protect from dirt or dust, some gloves protect from heat or snow.
