I like to do a little challenge. Whenever I feel stuck myself, let's say that it's a few minutes from 7PM. I'll say to myself "The hour is almost ending! Let's work out for just 3 minutes before it's 7PM!" Like how people figure out new years resolutions. I like to take the approach that each day is a brand new day just as a brand new year is. Even each hour is a brand new hour. I could tell myself "Call this person I've always been anxious about calling before it's 7PM" or something like "Spend the rest of the few minutes before 7PM and follow a 10-minute meditation of Youtube. Small things like that make such a big difference!
