I am the founder of Dathappy, and the person who first imagined GlocAllia. You have an understanding of the connection now 😊.
Dathappy will be one of the active members and partners to help other organizations and people thrive.
There are no real posts yet for GlocAllia, it is more a movement where we can generate opportunities through initiatives and organizations' actions.
For Dathappy, the fact that you are in the US would probably make the collaboration difficult as most of our activity is in SEA and Africa.
We are looking in to have 2 heads of growth:
- one being in charge of everything related to organizations we support (capacity building)
- one being in charge of the apprentices and independent experts realizing the missions (personal development)
They will co-create the future of Dathappy with an operations / finance / admin lead.
Those roles need to be filled with people that will push themselves to make it happen being supported by relevant people to help them strategically and punctually on hands-on needs.
Having at least a first experience or understanding of what Growth is is then necessary and the team will really co-create it from a new beginning.
And particularly, as we work a lot in developing markets, having people from there fit very well the approach (and budget).
We are then not looking for a director supervising, but a doer, co-building our future.
