So you want to try out for a GYM Post? All group Members are welcome to try out of any of our GYM Positions Available.
This Documents consist of required material, basic information and Evaluation Scheme for your Try Outs.
Gym Try Outs Evaluators and Admins

GENERAL INFO:
1. A Try Out will be conducted by any admin available.
2. Your Battle Will be rated on scale from 1-10
3. MEGAs are permitted but the user will loose slight points on efficiency, Unless the strategy was sucessful
(Example: Mega Charizard's Drought Ability + Solar Beam)
4. The TryOuts will follow the Group's GYM Rules and the Rules put forward the SMOGON Community and are inflexible.
5. You can try out every 24 hours if required.

Marking Scheme
- Selection of Pokémon (2)
- Maintaining Pokémon Typing (2)
- Efficiency in Battle (Battle Strategy) (2)
- Successful Strategy (2)
- Successfully Winning a battle (2)
Note. Bonus points will be added if the admin is impressed, and for other reasons for compensation purposes but this decision is clearly upto the evaluating admin.
Processing Scheme
1. Once your evaluation is complete, the Admin will file a Battle Report to be review by other admins.
2. The battle video will be reviewed by all admins and thoughts will be put forward.
3. Once a group decision is made, The GYM LEADER will be announced
4. If any suspicion is found:
- The Try Out will be considered Null and Void
- Actions will be taken against the violators
