2) Do not have normal gait, particularly noticeable when trying to jog - how do I get this back? Also still favouring my right leg massively, notice that I'm "pushing" myself to stand up from sitting. Cannot stand with just my left leg
3) Pain is now worse than pre-surgery, light pen whenever applying weight to knee or fully straightening (and knee is 'crunchy'); cannot run at all (this was fine), aches after walking OR resting and cycling is the same as before (haven't tried since turbo video).
4) Good news, full flexibility is now back. Can low squat which was very 'tight' before.
