The survival habits of the soul: meditation, (app-centering prayer), gratitude, (prayer of examine), sabbath, a (24 hour period to rest and celebrate god & family - a day that reminds us that our identity isn’t primarily working, but the simple glorious fact that we are loved sons and daughters by god)when we have sabbath rest, we are reminded we don’t have value because of how productive we are, but how loved we are as a child of god. You are already cherished & accepted by the one who loves you most
