Are nails stronger than screws

Introduction Questions
Why is the topic important to the Agriculture Industry.
This is important for the Industry because the result will impact what we should use when building or repairing something. Knowing the result of this investigation will help with mostly all of your projects in the future. This will help create building projects that will last much longer. This will make each project cost less and be less dangerous.

What problem does this investigation solve for Agriculture
This investigation will solve the problem of weak and possibly dangerous building. When building it is important to not have the thing you are building fall apart. If it does it could cost all the way to a few dollars or someone's life in extreme cases. If something breaks or falls apart it could also impact the cost of a project. It is important because it affects many people and animals safety and is better to use something you know is the best to use.

Others Work
The first research on this is from a website https://www.bobvila.com/articles/nails-vs-screws/
This article describes the importance of tool choice and project size. While nails are usually used for big projects like building a house and other large projects. Screws are normally used for small and medium sized projects. It is usually easier to use cordless drills and such to use screws but a hammer is used for nails. Nails are used in buildings because they bend under pressure whereas screws tend to snap.Screws are used for small jobs because they can be easily removed and still fasten tightly. They also potentially cause less damage when inserted.

The other research is from a website
https://www.popularmechanics.com/home/tools/how-to/a18606/nails-vs-screws-which-one-is-stronger/#

Nails are not brittle and bend with pressure but don't ever really snap. Screws bend less but stick better in wood because of their threaded body. They have better tensile strength while nails have better shear strength. Screws are also better when the wood expands and contracts. You can use both interchangeably but as stated earlier some are better for different kinds of jobs.
