-- Guild goal (Whats the purpose, aotc?, ce?, keystone master?, gladiator?, ) (Meeting, ask raiders what they want to clear and ask if they are willing to spend the effort to do so).
-- Generally ask people if they want to do mythic raiding, cause some people are busy with real life and mythic raiding especially after the first 6 bosses isnt a joke. Maybe some people signed up just for heroic and normal raiding which is fine.
-- Making clear goals e.g. 10/10H or 2/10M before next raid tier.
-- Making positions rewarding.
-- Making goals that people should achieve (Logs, ilvl or rio).
-- Informing people that performance can always be improved upon. (Example: Even though you average 95 logs on a boss doesnt mean you are sent by god to become the next Kungen, there is always something new and innovative that you can learn from others). - Ruski and France pugs story
-- Split runs and more social runs to bring people into the raid scene. Alt/Social run shouldnt be 95% normal raid roster and 5% socials.
-- Frankly honesty, tell people that they need to do something
-- More discord clarity for raiders (Setting upp different chat channels and voice channels, e.g. log channel for logs, strat, boss images, talent advices and new strats and theories)
-- Also making discord more lively to mimic a friendly enviroment.
-- Making more rules (e.g. stating boe rules, raiding schedules, toxicity rules and general raiding rules), will make newer people more informed).
-- Mandatory addons / weakaauras for raiding.
-- Figure out the problems. If we running 2/3/9 and 8 dps players are doing 3k+ dmg on a boss and one person is doing 2k. Identify the problem by not being harsh (1 on 1 interviews are perfect).
-- Repetition for maximum effort on lower tier bosses (Will make raid nights on trivial bosses more easier and thus we have more time on progression for final 3)
-- Class/Role specific officers that are willing to research other raiders and give tips/tricks.
-- Emphasis on raider.io, wowprogress and logs. Perfect for recruitment and improvement.
-- Make every core raider more influential, some people barely speak or interact in the raid. Hear their thoughts and strats.
-- Polls where people can vote on different things. Maybe more guild driven activities.
-- If a problem on a boss like sludgefist happens it shouldnt be a "bad thing" to call someone out on their mistakes, we are all here to have fun and progress as a group.
