Gear and Character requirements:
Examples being: 50+logs 200ilvl for heroic, being in good covenants, having good legendaries, soulbinds and conduits.

Consumables / Guild Bank
Things that raiders should bring just in case: food, flask, for example. maybe vantus runes for denath or mythic bosses.
Things that should be required: Potions, oils, sharpening stones, healing pots/mana for certain fights.
Things that the guild will provide: Gems, enchants, feast, cauldron, augment runes, vantus runes. Can increase depending on the amount of gold the bank has.
Boe rules: Which will help the guild provide even more for guildies.
