𝚙𝚎𝚛𝚜𝚘𝚗𝚊𝚕𝚒𝚝𝚢:| scarlett has a presence that demands respect. by just her appearance and that aura that surrounds her, you’ll have to be wanting a painful death to try anything on her. she’s fully serious and has no time to play around or have any fun. there’s no time when you’re on a mission. that’s how her mindset works. she can not tolerate others who never seem to be serious. she’d rather grab them by the throat and shake them like a maraca. she is patient when she’s waiting for the right moment but she is impatient on others antics. human life isn’t her thing. except if it’s ending it that is. she is a natural born leader, despite wanting to be constantly on her own. she knows what to do and when to do it.
while her leadership isn’t kind-hearted, it gets the job done beautifully. she expects everything you have to give. everything and past the breaking point. it doesn’t matter how much pain you’re in, you’re going to keep going. it’s an unhealthy expectation. scarlett cannot empathize or have much sympathy. there’s no need to cry. it won’t help anything. she’s not emotionless but as I said, she’s excruciatingly cold. if she is feeling an emotion to an extent, she’ll suck it up and turn it into anger. that’s how she vibes. she is a strategist. intelligent and clever, she’s always planning out her actions. she’ll even create scenarios that are ‘just-in-case.’ don’t talk to her when she’s in that moment, she’ll most likely bite your head off. she’ll usually be hunched over something, preferably a map. the redhead gives off a mysterious vibe. one that says she’s hiding secrets.
isnt everyone though? scarlett doesn’t plan on sharing them. no one needs to know about her and her secrets. it’s better for the future anyways. she is observant and can be seen watching others from afar. an example of predator and prey. you’ll know which one you are. she’s always eyeing someone, making sure they don’t make any wrong moves. she’ll stop any before you even try to act on them. despite those hair-raising traits of hers, scarlett is calm. not serene or a peaceful calm but more of a ‘don’t test’ calmness. that fiery spark in her can be set off easily. one word. one look. try not to challenge her as she’s merciless. she’ll kill without blinking an eye. that’s what the council wants.
𝚊𝚙𝚙𝚎𝚊𝚛𝚊𝚗𝚌𝚎:| scarlett has a sharp demeanor to her. in personality and appearance wise. she stands at six foot, looming over most. it adds to her dominance. she has a fair weight that is mostly muscle from her years of brutal training and her experiences.
the most striking part of her description is her bright, red locks that cascade down her shoulders like a river of blood. the lengths stop right around the middle of her back. you could spot her from afar with those fiery red locks. she always has them down. it is unknown if it is natural or dyed. scarlett has no need to answer that question. her skin is a pale color, almost actually white in tone. it’s contrasting against her hair. her eyes are a pebble-gray. they always hold a cold look within the iris. any glare or look she gives you, could put you on edge. you’ll know when you’ve went to her bad side. the redhead is always decked out in black. it’s fitting enough for her. it’s not that she doesn’t hate other colors, it’s just what the organization usually made her wear.

𝚒𝚗𝚟𝚎𝚗𝚝𝚘𝚛𝚢:| scarlett has an assortment of items on her. she has a collection of guns in a black case with a fingerprint lock on it.
handguns, shotguns, machine guns, guns you didn’t even know you existed can be seen within there. she doesn’t let anyone touch them. they were made for her use anyways. she has a number bullets that belong to each gun specifically. she has a pair of goggles that are pitch black. they aren’t normal goggles though. they’re one of her ‘high-class assassin’ gadgets. they can zoom in, go to night vision and even reveal your identity within a matter of moments. half of the time they can be seen atop of her head. she has a mask that covers over her nose and all the way to her collarbone. it’s black in color. she normally doesn’t wear it, unless she’s going out alone. she always has the accessory of a spiked black bracelet that she wears on her right wrist. nothing special about it but she can still wear it as a weapon.
𝚊𝚋𝚒𝚕𝚝𝚒𝚎𝚜:| scarlett has attained a number of abilities from the training she received from The Council. she has the abilities of photographic memory, calculation, weapon mastery, poison characterization, a little bit of hacking skill, vehicle control, high pain tolerance, flexibility, tracking and tracing and a variety of others. her weapon mastery is over a wide range but she is most comfortable using guns or grenades of some sort.

𝚋𝚊𝚌𝚔𝚜𝚝𝚘𝚛𝚢:| scarlett was born and raised in yekaterinborg, russia. she was an only child to two parents who cared for her deeply. she was a fairly good student in school but mostly stuck to herself, although she did have a few friends. at the age of twelve, scarlett ended up in a fight with two boys who were both a year older than her. they were the ones who cornered her and scarlett was the one who gave them much more for what they were expecting. it is said she won using skillful moves.
a week later, The Council found scarlett. she had been visited alone, when she was away from home. the council had saw the fight through the cameras and saw scarlett as a potential recruit. twelve year old scarlett was bewildered. she had just wanted to live her life! she had two days to decide. and with hesitance, scarlett accepted. after accepting, scarlett was whisked away from everything she ever knew. her family, her town, her friends. and she was trained harshly. it almost borderlined torture. but that was all apart of The Council. the twelve year old girl soon emerged as a dangerous high-class killer. she took on the title of being the one of the top dogs of The Council as their deadliest assassin.
scarlett was sent out to America to take out someone that who was closely related to a virus and was apart of the organization: H.O.P.E (Hell on Planet Earth.). weeks after she landed in America, the apocalypse occurred. while this was a major in inconvenience and setback, she still was dead set on finishing her job. she wasn’t the top assassin for nothing. while out, silently killing the undead, she met azazel and azrael, a pair of bickering siblings. annoyed, scarlett somehow ended up with them. while scarlett had planned to leave them after a couple of days, just so she can sort out her plan, the group stumbled onto more people. and so, she got sucked up into joining the survival group where she reluctantly befriended irwin.

𝚌𝚘𝚗𝚗𝚎𝚌𝚝𝚒𝚘𝚗𝚜:| scarletts mother and father are nadia and diak ployzia. their whereabouts are unknown as scarlett hasn’t had any contact with them, ever since she was seventeen. she assumes they’re in russia still. their status is another matter. scarlett is a Russian Assassin that belongs to the organization she deems as The Council. the true name of the organization is D.E.S.P.A.I.R (Department of Extra Sensory People Against International Resistance). no one knows the organizations true name though and she plans to keep it that way. the only friend scarlett believes she has made is irwin, the leader of the group. she didn’t acknowledge this until after the massacre with the government. she works closely with kaiko as they both have similar responsibilities. she doesn’t have enemies at the moment. no one has dared to cross that line. there are a few members that she wouldn’t mind gutting though.
𝚍𝚞𝚝𝚒𝚎𝚜:| scarlett is second-in-command of the group. or overseer if you’d like to call it that. she is the right hand woman of irwin. while he calls the shots, she does have the ability to put her say in. she makes sure orders are taken and performed and sorts out patrols as well. she demands respect and others to keep going. she gives out orders through irwins permission.
