How I cope with zoom fatigue is by always thinking that after all the hard work that I've gone through, I get to rest right after. I don't know if it's noticeable, but I've been squinting my eyes a lot in class recently because of how long I expose myself to the screen every single day. This makes me think that I should rest from my gadgets at least once in a while and do something productive. "Doing something productive" serves as my rest because I get to stay away from the screen for at least a little while and do something enjoyable. And how I cope with physical disconnections is by thinking that the coronavirus will be gone soon. I feel like after staying at home for so long, my social skills have gotten worse. Which may lead me to experiencing loads of physical disconnections with my close friends and/or classmates. But I think that once this pandemic is over, I can work on my social skills and it may help me experience less physical disconnections than I am experiencing right now.
Some tips that I do (that you may do as well!) to recharge my energy are as follows:
1) Doing something I love to do. On the weekends, I usually do things that I love doing such as playing games and playing with my dogs. These things are really fun for me to do and it helps recharge my energy after doing (sort of) tiresome work.
2) Eat more during the weekends. I'm not really in favor of eating a lot because I don't want to gain weight, but during the weekends I eat more than I do on weekdays. This helps me recharge my energy since good food really makes me feel good.
3) Finally, sleep A LOT more during the weekends. Everyone knows that sleeping can help charge your energy for the next day to come, so I make sure to get LOTS of sleep during the weekends. Doing this really helps me recharge your energy!
These are my tips to recharging my energy especially during the weekends. I hope you learned at least one thing about me that you did not know about before :D
