My name is Mohit Rana. I am basically from HP but currently staying in Chandigarh. I did my graduation in ARtS from HP university. I joined the Flipkart Email process in December 2017 as a team leader and I have a total of 5 years experience as a team leader. I have 5 years of experience as a team leader. Now I am working as an aux AM in the KNE process.

I'll working on productivity because daily basis aur hourly basis par me report share krta hu toh mainy observe kiya hai ki WAHA model par hume multiple issue face krne pd rhe hai like power cut issue , iternet connectivity issue , system issue aur hume yeh issue accpet bhi krne pd rhe hai because humare paas neck to neck manpaower hai forecast volume ko handle krne ke liye and cannot miss the forecast volume .hum agents ko 9 to 9 ki window me login krne ke liye bolte hai.

3.) I'll working on attr numbers क्योंकि post बीबीडी jo humne temp to perm agents select kiye the unme se bhi still some agents are got better opportunity and they are moved out yeh bhi ek reason hai high attr ka. that's why I will working closely with the team understanding the issue and make them understating that we have a lots of scope for growth prospective.

4.) i ensure that all RnP metric are taken care and drive very thierrly so that RnP metric and all the performance Kpis are impact because revenue lose bahut hi critical hota hai ops ke liye.
