I decided to apply to the CMPD for two main reasons. The main reason I applied is because I would like to join another Mano County department related to law enforcement. I decided to apply because I know the CMPD is a great department where I would learn a lot about law enforcement and apply what I learned to if I ever patrol as CMPD. I'll be able to keep the county safe.

Another main reason I decided to apply for the CMPD is because I want to challenge myself, and I feel like I'm up for the challenge. I always want to do more/do as much as I can, and I think that if I am accepted it will be challenging. Even though academy and being an officer may be challenging, I think I'm ready for it.

Three pros about myself are that I'm active, I have great team work skills, and I always like to challenge myself. My activity is great, I check my discord a lot and when I'm not in school or doing work, I'm usually on ROBLOX. I'm great at working with other people because I'm kind to everyone and I know how to do something on my own versus doing something with another person. Finally, I like to challenge myself because I always want to do whatever I can to improve.

Three cons about myself are that I sometimes get impatient, I don't have much ADVANCED law enforcement knowledge, and I sometimes "rage" at certain games. My impatience is when someone is just doing something annoying, I usually don't do anything physical when I get impatient, but I sometimes get annoyed in my head. I wouldn't really consider Lieutenant in MCSO very advanced, but, I'm a fast learner and I can learn things fast. For the last con, I sometimes get angry if I keep getting killed over and over again in Mano. When this happens, I try my best to stay calm.
