Membuat ggeottoki ( tebung beras ) :
1. 6 sdm tepung beras ketan
2. 3 sdm tepung tapiokka
3. garam
4, air secukupnya
MENGADUKNYA :
1. campurkan semua tepung dan garam
2. aduk hingga kalis menggunakan air PANAS secukupnya saja
3. tangan beri minyak
4. bagi tepung yang sudah kalis menjadi 5 bagian
5. panjangkan agar seperti tteobokki dan potong :)
6. panaskan panci beri air secukupnya
7. masukkan 3 sendok minyak agar ggeottoki tidak menyatu
8. terus rebus ggeottoki hingga mengambang ke atas permukaan air
9. setelah matang masukkan ke freezer
Membuat saos nya :
1. 1sdm tepung beras ketan
2. 3sdm bubuk cabai
3. 2 siung bawang putih yang susah dihaluskan
4. 1 sdm gula
5. air secukupnya dan CAMPUR
CARA MEMBUAT TTEOBOKKI FINAL :
Bahan Bahan :
- 1 sdm kaldu ayam ( bubuk )
- garam secukupnya
- sosis
Membuatnya :
panaskan air masukan saos nya , gtteok nya dan kaldu dan garam setelah air mendidih masukkan sosis
