1. Pemberitahuan ini berlaku bagi yang tidak pernah menghadiri kelas selama 1 minggu [dalam artian jumlah kehadiran kalian = nol (0) ]
2. Berdasarkan rule sebelumnya, jika kalian tidak aktif selama 2 minggu atau tidak mengikuti pelajaran selama 2 minggu maka kalian dengan berat hati akan di D.O dari st. vladimir academy. Dan note ini berlaku sebagai "warning"/pemberitahuan awal.
3. Bagi kalian yang termasuk kedalam daftar warning, saya harap 1 minggu kedepan kalian minimal hadir di 4 kelas, dengan demikian jika kalian hadir maka kalian tidak akan termasuk ke dalam daftar nama yang di D.O / Droop Out.
4. Jika kalian berhalangan hadir di kelas, kalian bisa izin ke concelor /vice concelor room kalian, atau langsung izin ke presidente maupun ke vice presidente.
5. Jika kalian mengambil Hiatus, Semi Hiatus, Mengganti akun/unname, etc, Harap laporkan ke concelor - vice concelor dan presidente- vice presidente bahkan ke pihak sekola @StVAcademyRP.
